Our approach at GO! Media Productions is to understand the purpose of each video and deliver a product that exceeds expectations. Every client is different, but the process usually includes these elements.

Strategy
Every decision on a video project should be made with the purpose in mind. We develop a strategy for your project that clearly identifies its goals. We'll implement and adapt that strategy throughout the project to ensure overall objectives are met and video content emulates your brand.
Project Management

Each project starts with developing a project schedule that considers budget, timeframe and overall requirements.

Discovery
We'll hold a kickoff meeting where we listen to what you would like your video content to achieve. We'll discuss matters such as your target audience, content platforms, frequency, content duration and logistics.
Concept Development

After the kickoff meeting, we head back to the office to organise and brainstorm. Out of this comes your production package proposal: a summary outline of concepts, the story, the look and feel we're aiming for, the necessary requirements to execute each concept, and the project schedule.
Filming
On approval of a concept and video content package, we get filming underway. Our producer will shoot interviews and all of the original content needed for the project.
Fine Edit
The fine edit incorporates all of the feedback from the rough edit, including any structural changes required, and confirms music, sfx selections and graphic treatments that have been added.
Delivery
Your video content is complete! We export your files, delivering them to your dropbox, ready for you to upload and share on your website and social media platforms.

Production Management
Once the concept is selected we immediately begin production. We prepare everything leading up to the shoot, organise studio time or the location, equipment and schedule a shot list.

Rough Edit
When all the assets are collected the editing process begins. The media is organised, and graphics, music and sfx are added. The rough edit provides an opportunity for the client to view and give feedback ensuring that the video is in line with expectations.

Final Edit

The final edit includes the last round of changes, colour correction, audio cleanup and finishing touches to make your video fully polished and engaging.
